3. Non-Human Intelligence (NHIINT): Non-Human Intelligence is treated as an external intelligence domain—observed, modeled, constrained, and governed within lawful and auditable boundaries.

Integrating HUMINT, AIINT, and NHIINT carries escalating responsibility for all leaders, architects, and operators involved. Grammaton6 enforces:
