"The materials archived here are unresolved cases, meaning the government is unable to make a definitive determination on the nature of the observed phenomena. This can occur for a variety of reasons, including a lack of sufficient data, and the Department of War welcomes the application of private-sector analysis, information and expertise. DOW will continue to conduct separate reporting on resolved UAP cases, as mandated by statute. Under this Administration, we will pursue the truth and share our findings with the American people."

Based on our engineering review of PURSUE Release 002, Grammton6's position is that the national effort shall now advance from Transparency to National Capability. Declassification provides access to information; it does not, by itself, establish the engineering, governance, R&D, standards, data integration, or institutional capacity required for sustained national readiness.

Grammton6 stands ready to support the Department of War and its federal partners through independent engineering and R&D capabilities. Our work is informed by engineering analysis, verifiable evidence, credible testimony, and technically validated data evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The next national objective is not additional transparency alone—it is the development of the governance, engineering, and operational infrastructure necessary to analyze, validate, coordinate, and respond to NHI reporting with enduring national capability.
