"The materials archived here are unresolved cases, meaning the government is unable to make a definitive determination on the nature of the observed phenomena. This can occur for a variety of reasons, including a lack of sufficient data, and the Department of War welcomes the application of private-sector analysis, information and expertise. DOW will continue to conduct separate reporting on resolved UAP cases, as mandated by statute. Under this Administration, we will pursue the truth and share our findings with the American people."

Grammton6 acknowledges the Department of War's commitment to transparency and welcomes its invitation for private-sector participation.

Based on our engineering review of PURSUE Release 001, Grammton6's position is that the national effort shall now advance from Transparency to Infrastructure. Public disclosure is an important milestone; however, engineering capability, research and development, national coordination, and operational infrastructure are the requirements for sustained understanding.

Grammton6 stands ready to assist the Department of War and its federal partners through independent engineering, research, and development capabilities. Our work is not dependent upon declassified government records. It is driven by engineering analysis, verifiable evidence, credible testimony, and technically validated data evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The next national objective is not additional transparency alone—it is the establishment of the infrastructure necessary to support analysis, engineering, coordination, and long-term operational capability.
