Response to PURSUE Release 003 – Engineering The National Response

"The materials archived here are unresolved cases, meaning the government is unable to make a definitive determination on the nature of the observed phenomena. This can occur for a variety of reasons, including a lack of sufficient data, and the Department of War welcomes the application of private-sector analysis, information and expertise. DOW will continue to conduct separate reporting on resolved UAP cases, as mandated by statute. Under this Administration, we will pursue the truth and share our findings with the American people."

Grammton6 acknowledges the Department of War's commitment to transparency and welcomes its invitation for private-sector participation. Following our engineering review of PURSUE Release 003, Grammton6's position is that the Nation shall now transition to Engineering the National Response. Declassification provides access to information; it does not, by itself, establish the engineering capability, governance, research and development, standards, data architecture, or institutional capacity required for sustained national readiness.

Grammton6 stands ready to support the Department of War and its federal partners through independent engineering, systems integration, and advanced R&D. Our work is informed by engineering analysis, verifiable evidence, credible testimony, and technically validated data evaluated through disciplined engineering methodologies on a case-by-case basis.

The next national objective is not additional transparency alone. It is the establishment of a durable national capability founded upon governance, engineering, infrastructure, standards development, defense manufacturing, and AI architecture. These capabilities shall enable the United States to analyze, validate, coordinate, and respond to NHI reporting with precision, consistency, and long-term institutional readiness.

Transparency informed the Nation. Engineering shall build the capability. Infrastructure shall sustain it.
