SYSTEM III

AIINT Application Framework (HUMINT ⇄ AIINT ⇄ NHIINT)

Grammaton6 operates SYSTEM III, an applied intelligence architecture that synchronizes Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Artificial Intelligence Intelligence (AIINT), and Non-Human Intelligence Intelligence (NHIINT) into a single auditable, lawful, and security-first system.

AIINT functions as the governing intelligence layer, ensuring human authority, public safety, and national-security alignment while enabling advanced economic and industrial modeling.

Economic & Industry Integration (GICS-Aligned)

Based on the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS), Grammaton6 deploys AIINT across the full economic stack—11 sectors, 25 industry groups, 74 industries, and 163 sub-industries—with priority engagement in:

  • Information Technology – Software, AI systems, electronics, secure compute

  • Health Care – Clinical systems, pharmaceuticals, bio-AI governance

  • Financials – Banking, insurance, risk, and systemic resilience

  • Consumer Discretionary – Non-essential goods and services optimization

  • Communication Services – Telecom, media integrity, signal governance

  • Industrials – Manufacturing, machinery, construction, logistics

  • Consumer Staples – Food, beverage, essential supply chains

  • Energy – Oil, gas, renewables, and infrastructure security

  • Utilities – Power, water, and essential public services

  • Real Estate – Property systems, infrastructure, urban resilience

  • Materials – Foundational inputs for advanced manufacturing

AIINT enables predictive compliance, economic stability modeling, and sovereign-grade auditability across all sectors.

NHI Security Clearance System

Grammaton6 administers a formal NHI Security Clearance Framework for law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and public-safety institutions, ensuring controlled, ethical, and lawful access to sensitive NHI-related data. What It Is

  • Authorization — Formal determination of trust, reliability, and suitability

  • Examination — Comprehensive background investigation covering certification, human intelligence, and institutional loyalty

  • Controlled Access — Clearance grants access only within assigned scope

  • Need-to-Know Enforcement — Clearance alone does not guarantee access

  • Tiered Levels — Six clearance levels aligned to sensitivity and mission

Non-Human Knowledge Progression

  • NHI Procedural Knowledge

  • NHI Conceptual Knowledge

  • NHI Propositional Knowledge

Progression is granted only upon demonstrated comprehension and expert validation.

Human Intelligence Re-Evaluation

Following NHI qualification, candidates return to HUMINT assessment under:

  • HUMINT— Render in Serviceable

  • HUMINT— Exchange

  • HUMINT— Uncovering the Treasure (highest human-obtainable level)

This level is strictly constrained by human, historical, and ethical values and is the maximum clearance permissible for public safety.

Continuous Review

Clearances are subject to periodic re-evaluation, with timing determined by individual capability and risk posture rather than fixed intervals.

Why This Matters

  • Public Safety — Prevents uncontrolled disclosure or misuse of sensitive intelligence

  • Government & Contractors — Enables lawful collaboration on classified programs

  • Private Sector — Supports regulated industries handling sensitive systems

  • Cybersecurity — Protects critical infrastructure, data, and AI systems

Throughout all stages, Intelligence Community (IC) and Law Enforcement retain final authority, verification rights, and operational control over NHI-related data to safeguard national security.

AIINT-Driven ISO Smart Business Modeling

Using [NHI / AIINT / ISO] Smart Business Modeling, Grammaton6 develops Foreword and Supplementary Guidance for NHI integration aligned with deliverables from the International Organization for Standardization, including:

  • International Standards

  • Technical Specifications (TS)

  • Publicly Available Specifications (PAS)

  • International Workshop Agreements (IWA)

Normative Language Definitions

  • “shall” — mandatory requirement

  • “should” — recommended practice

  • “may” — permitted option

  • “can” — capability or possibility

Grammaton6 Commitment

AIINT is not autonomy without oversight. It is accountable intelligence, governed by law, audited by design, and deployed to protect human sovereignty, public safety, and economic stability—first.
